Elite Elevation Volleyball Club

Focus on Personal Development – One reason for choosing Elite Elevation is we emphasize life skills and the development of the person.  It is important to us that we instill the values of good sportsmanship, cooperation, self-discipline, and confidence in each of our athletes.  Building future leaders through our program is important.  It is our belief that the volleyball court is our classroom to teach lessons of character, discipline, accountability, cooperation, responsibility, respect, commitment, courage, teamwork, integrity, communication, the importance of sacrifice, leadership, work ethic, and sportsmanship.

Focus on Academic Development – Elite Elevation is committed to providing every opportunity for its athletes to succeed in high school and at the collegiate level academically.  Responsible students can practice with a free mind and focus on what we are trying to accomplish without worrying about tests and papers.  We want to prepare our athletes for the next level whether they are committed to playing volleyball or not in college.  Academics, like athletics, are stronger in the college environment and we want each of our students to be prepared for the time commitments that come with being a college student first, and a college athlete.  Our responsibility is to keep a watchful eye on the athletes to make sure they are successful in their academic endeavors.

Focus on Skill Development – Another reason for choosing Elite Elevation is that we understand and embrace the idea that the purpose of our club is to assist players in training and developing their individual skills and techniques.  This is why we focus the vast majority of our training time on developing the player rather than the team.  We want our teams to be successful and expect them to be.  We will not ask our teams to be successful at the expense of developing the individual players.  It is our belief that good players can and will become a good team if trained properly and given the opportunity to succeed.
